Default "Disk Error" when trying to play anything

Hello Everyone

So I need some advice about my MP4 player. I just got it for christmas and already there is something wrong with it.

When I try to play anything- music, movies, voice records..etc. it says Disk Error! So if anyone has any advice on what I should do your advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks Digital J

Try formatting your player using the steps here --> How To: Removing Memory Hack.

Sounds like a possible corruption in the disk but most likely a result of a 'hacked player'.

Let us know of the result.
