Default 2 Ipod Nano Clones neither are recognized tried everything!!


ok guys i purchased 2 4GB ipod nanos neither of wich are recognizable in 3 of my PC's
OS's are as follows
1. Desktop Vista Ult 64x (doesnt recognize)
2. Desktop Win XP 32 (doesnt recognize)
3. Laptop Win XP 32 (doesnt recognize)

Now i have tried everything reinstalling drivers for USB 3 different USB cords and all i keep getting on each pc is


USB DEVICE Not Recognized

so i do but it brings me to the device manager and the unknown device


i have tried uninstlling teh unkown device i have removed all usb from my pc i have switched from 2.0 to 1.1 im about to pull my hair out i have searched forums and im jsut missing something please let me know asap guys id liek to give my already late xmas presents out

i also want to note that i have tried to upfate adfuud but every time i do it says this is not associated with your hardware error


so i try and do it by shorting the memory chip and comes back up on screen as a usb and not adfu device im so confused guys please help me

If it comes up as an USB drive, are you able to use it now?

Hate to be the bad news bear but I would assume both players were flashed or soldered incorrectly from the factory. Just because the screen and player functions work does mean the firmware works correctly with the usb transfer portion of the device :/

Can you get replacements?

th3: no it just come up as unrecognized usb thats it the device id's are 0000 ive tried everything no systemw ill recognize them



and wipeout: the seller wants to offer me a $15 dolar refund from 80 for the 2 and as replacements go he wants me to ship back to Hong Kong im in the states i dont feel i should have to especially since they wre advertised as 4gb but only 1gb in reality so we will see i filed paypal dispute

hey have you tried flashing it? then reloading the fimware wich might be on the site or ur cds? mostly this will probo rev ur player http://www.mympxplayer.org/dead-play...ide-vt567.html
