Buttons and camera don't work.

Greetings to all!

I from Russia, therefore forgive me for my English =) the Situation such.

I have MP4 player. And has casually stitched his any insertion... After that management in general became absolutely wrong (buttons have exchanged) and the camera don't work. Read on a site the instruction as upgrade the firmware, but simultaneous deduction of button M and inclusion gives nothing. Help please!

What is necessary to me an firmare for restoration of work and how in general to upgrade the firmware if the variant with keeping of buttons does not work?
