SD Card with hacked memory

Hello everybody!

I couldnt find a solution on the site so sorry if it has come up previously.

I bought a 2 GB SD memory card from ebay (margaretchimee) and found out that the memory is hacked. If I copy files over 1GB, they just disappear.

How can I remove the hack?

I tried with disk utilities, but it keeps telling, that the player is not supported so it doesnt work on memory cards. I tried the previously mentioned USB format utility as well, but it just formats it as a 2GB card, the hack remains.

Please help me!

P.s.: With the seller the procedure is the usual, we exchanged the 12th email now and getting close to the solution what I offered in my first email. Maybe after 20 emails she will finally understand that it is not negotiable as I have paid for a different item. I wont give it up

I can not use the card this way. Please help!

Don’t know yet how to help you. From the other hand can you advice me where I can find 4GB SD card for “Onda” Player on eBay. I have 4GB SDHC card. It is good but not suitable for “Onda”.

As I bought only a hacked card so far, my only advice is, that dont buy noname card and from a blacklisted seller.

Still nobody knows the answer for my problem? Please help me!!
