mp3 player wont except songs
 

hope some one can help
my son said he plugged his mp3 player into the pc and it deleted everything.
now when we plug it in xp sees it and creates 2 drives and we can not send files to either.
we can get into setup etc but not connecting with the pc
all the info on this player is...lg mp3 player b0-018 cm60026 2007/07/21 act _v9.1.51.
