Default only 15 songs can be stored on my player

hello frnds,
i bought a player from nepal border which has following specs--
2GB
MP3/FM radio/photo/recorder
core-act9x-0.43
date 25/4/05
Fw-srx-1.5c-001
date-10/10/06

the problem is -- it just shows only 20-25 files in the library and rest files are corrupted by its own.
i can send files to it without any problem but when i switch on the player it just shows 20 files in the library. after connecting it back to the Pc i can see the rest of the files but they all are corrupt and can not be played on the PC also.
please tell me what to do?
will FW upgrade will help?? if yes please let me know the proccedure and where to find the FW.

puneet_84 , try a format on your player using MP3 Utilities Disk Tools first, guide is here http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-re...ck-vt2400.html

It seems that your player might be hacked and only have a 64MB or 128MB memory chip.

It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

T39 doesn''t sound as good as my T29

U say its an MP3 player and not MP4 player.....
I havnt seen any MP3 player with 2GB memory...
There must be a memory hack....
Format the player using the MP3 player utility.(avlb on this site)(Set encrypted space to 0 MB while formatting)

There are MP3 players with 2 gigs of memory. But as you discovered, yours was memory hacked.

You should demand a replacement from the store.
