Click the image to open in full size.

When I turn on the MP4, then to appear a sand clock fixed and I can not access to the menu.
The PC recognoizes an ADFU device but I can not change the firmware...

did u try with mp3 player utilities 4.15 or 3.68

try cloning ur mp4 and flash a new firmware....

Find out ur screen number and search for firmware by clicking ATJ2091N(link) (en.s1mp3.net)
ATJ2091N

If flash fails try pasting the cloned copy..
