Mp4 digital player keeps turning off

Ok, I bought an MP4 player the other day from ebay and was so excited. But after a while of playing with it, it shut off. I turn it on again, and several seconds would go buy and it would go back off. I tried charging it over night, I tried the sticky thread of how to remove a memory hack, but those seems to check out just fine. Also, I think it has to do with the button presses, because you could watch a full tv episode without it shutting off and that doesn't use many button presses to watch. But it would shut off pretty early when playing a game, which requires a bunch of presses. If you need to know, it is formatted with FAT and not FAT32.

So, in summery, my mp4 player shuts off after several seconds of play time, and I would like to ask you fine people if you know how to fix it.
Would downloading firmware for it other then what it's got help, i found a site that had a picture that looks just like this and has a firmware link under it. And if not that, is it sticky keys, messed up circits, or something else that I can't think of?

If you need to know what it looks like.

the ebay page for it

First of all, go register a proper account. Second, don't post the newly registered account to Bugmenot.

Then, we may help you.

say what now? A 108 year old Afgani SheMale doesn't convince you? Just kidding. I had an account, I just had to remember what the username and password was. But yeah, that is me. So, could you help me out?

The memory hack removing procedure isn't gonna do anything, coz this isn't an Actions player. By the looks and camera it's most likely to be an Ankya chipset player.

Good luck!

I looked at that page, and looked at all the mp4 players shown, it doesn't look like any one of them. But on the Sunplus brand, I could find the mp4 that looks like this one there but then I tried the FRM Pro tool, but I can't get it to detect the device, even though I found out how to get my mp4 player into the alternate state.
