2.4 Inch MP4 Camera with digital camera help

I have this mp4 http://shopkami.com/images/stories/n...rs-m1337-1.jpg
and it has a digital camera but when I try to record a video, it's slow...is there any way I can make it faster.

Slow in the sense that it does not capture all the frames? Well, you get what you pay for if you know what I mean. You could try going into the settings to see if you can increase the frame rate.
