how can i know my pmp firmware version or the chip name

i have tried udisk tool and others but it doesnt work it says storage mass drive will this z my pmp pic

it doesnt have in the tools or setting anything that says what kind of chip or firmware it z and i wanna know how to extract the firmware to cuztomize it like themes pics and stuff pleaaazeeee help me sooon

well i managed to download frm pro tools and i connected the pmp as camera but it doesn't work because i don't have the right driver so pleeez help who have the driver im working on xp sp2 pleeez im in verryy need of backing up my firmware
