Win XP will not find TJD_1301_02 MP3- MP4 player
 

HELP!

My Son purchased this MP3/MP4 player on ebay. buy the time he received it the seller was banned from ebay. When we tried to install it Win XP could not find it. I'm getting a (code10) error message from the USB controller like it needs a different driver (according to the users manual no drivers are needed for XP and newer but if your running Win98 it says got to the web site for drivers, but they don't give you a URL to go to) :?: Now I have this player with no information about it. There is no manufacture name, web address, phone number or anything on it that can tell you about it, and the users manual is the same way. :x I'm attaching a scanned picture of the box it came in.

does anyone know who makes this garbage so I can try to find some support?

Have you tried connecting to a different computer instead?

Also try another USB cable if you can get access to one.
