I really need help, im really lost

Hey, my sister bought me a mp3/mp4, i have no idea what it is. I have the box infront of me, and theres no compagny name only:

digital mp3/4 audio player. [4G]

And i would like to have the best firmware for it, because on the little manual, it say that we can have game and all (they show screenshot) by installing new firmeware, they explain how, but the way they show its not working. Nothing happen.

So i would like to help me please, to have the newest firmware

Do not upgrade your firmware. You will most likely brick your player.

ok, so i wont be able to get the new fonction that they explain on the manual?
Like the games and the screensavers?

I have the same one, after try to install a new Firmware it was DEAD !!! Now i have found a SW which fits 90% but not 100% so i think dont change a runing System ! but if you want to check it out, please clone your current SW and check after them ! if is possible to send me a SW clone ? because my player is now not working correctly ?
