My PC dont find my Mp4 Player after upgrade

Hello,

my PC not find my mp4 Player after a few of different upgrades ...
and the screen of the MP4 is white but its blink sometimes..

what shoud i do?

What brand is your player?

What chip is it based? ATJxxxx or STMPxxxx?

In other words give more details plz ;)
