I am mp4 can't computer To be fastened. usb cable arch It* isn't being fastened. Computer is It* isn't reading.

If youre saying that the computer cant read it, if a drive shows up, right click on the drive and click format.

Okay..... not sure there.... Occasionally, it doesnt show up, and I just unplug the player, turn it off, turn it on, plug it in, and repeat until it works. Not sure how well this will work for other players, however.

If the player works normally by itself, but can't be detected by the computer, try using another USB cable. Also, try connecting the player to another computer and see if the same problem persists.
