Please help me with my XCESS MP4 player with CAM FM 2GB

My player has a vertical screen but I uploaded a firmware that has horizontal buttons. Now i can olny scroll through all the buttons but unable to press enter because none of the buttons work. Now I have found the proper firmware that has vertical screen but How to remove the wrong firmware? I cant format the player as none of the buttons work. When I connect the player to computer it shows two removable disks but no firmware files.
Mp3 player utilities and mp3 product tools are unable to recognise the player. I am unable to find Mp4 player firmware upgrade tool either.

I have same player as yours I had same problem , do you success please to solve brother, if yes can u tell me how I am frustred cause this problem thanx for help
