Screen problems and differentes within the T39 body

It's almost a week ago that I managed to find a Pasen Touchmusic with 8gb :D . That was the one I was looking for, because 8gb was hard to find. If you search for the Teclast T39 or the Pasen, they are both extremely hard to find with more than 4 gb of memory.

I thought I would give it a try (I just bought three weeks ago a Mobiblu T10 4gb and that one goes to a friend of mine, so it shouldn't be a problem) and it should be better if I heared everyone here and on many other forums and see the hardware specs (that tell me it got a second chip from Wolfson).

I think it's great, the sound is great and more possibility's then the Rockchip Mobiblu T10 8) .
There are only two but's :x .
The screen of my Pasen Touchmusic is really bad. The viewing angle is very little and I have another problem with it. My screen is flickering. It's a bid like a filmed a screen, but it's more shacking and the "lines" are staying at the smae place. It could be something to do with the backlight or with the contrast, but the fact is that it's flickering.

It's hard to explain axactly, but it's going to be clearly visable if you have it one for a few minutes and the screen is warmed up. You can see it most clearly on the standard pic with the blue sky and the forrest, it's clearly visable then.

The Mobiblu screen is so much better, a very nice viewing angle, deeper and brighter collors and not the flickering problem....

I made two pictures, on of both players, where you can see the differentes in screen qaulity at the best viewing point of the player (which is much larger at the Mobiblu and hard to find on my Pasen) and two pics with paint where you can see what the viewing angle of the player is. That makes the really small angle of my Pasen clear because you see the lines are parallel to eachother.

Viewing angles

I manged to find which screen type the Pasen uses and that's type one.

Here are two pics of the players themselfs with playing Avatar.

I and SkySports like to know if you got that problem with flickering and we also like to know with which player your viewing angle can be compared. (Anyone who got a player that looks like the Teclast, I'd like to know more about the screen thing)
I hope you can help me out with this and I hope it's only my player or the batch! I couldn't expect the problem with my screen and I thought the screen of the Pasen would at least as good as the Mobiblu, a player that is cheaper and "just a Rockchip".

Hello Mr Dj. F, not feel you can help, before I would ask your help, I am interested in this player (mobiblu t10), but wondered about some aspects: quality of sound (I am not an audiophile, but neither do I want a bad player) What is the approximate length of the battery, which is the output per channel (mW) of this player, if you have the menu in Spanish (I am Colombian), if you already available firmware or edited with the tools that exist for the chip rockchip, etc., thank you too, if you could make a small review ... I am very pleased to have this player, because I found very little information on, Greetings from medellin (Colombia), PD (sorry for the English, estudiare hard to learn)

Re: Screen problems and differentes within the T39 body

The Mobiblu T10 got a nice sound, it's much better than my Mobiblu DHH-100 that's now about three years of age.

I put the user EQ for my Sennheiser Cx-300's the folliwing:

60 Hz --> 0
300 Hz --> -3 (that's the bottum, you only have three steps)
1 kHz --> -2
3 kHz --> -3
6 kHz --> -3

That gives a good sound and a nice clear bass (that's a problem with the Wolfson chip, it's a bid to much actually and hard to set because there are so much possibilities). The mid section is nice and flat nu weird distorbtion. The high is good and not to clear, but if you set the volume to loud, sounds around 8 kHz will come a bid to hard. (I have that problem on the Pasen now around 6 and 10 kHz, but as I said hard to sett because of the possibilities)

The screen is really good, but you don't have many options on the player to set things, there isn't a playlist for example (but I never used that anyway). If you check this over here you will find more info: http://www.mp4nation.net/forum/viewt...hp?f=24&t=1965

I already mod some things and the moderator was so kind of making a lst file, which I still can't unfortunately. The dancemall program is fantastic, even for my Pasen player it works (although I haven't a lst file for it so can't do anything with it). If you read the complete post you can work on it, and if you want I can give you a modded firmware (only the hold sign at the video section must be changed good, and the music menu and video menu are changed. The rest is to hard to mod, but it isn't needed).

Here is more talk about the Pasen and Mobiblu: http://www.mp4users.com/t39/724-scre...-t39-body.html
