Menu problem
 

My mp4 player which I got is this one.

I have a problem with the menu. Not even sure how to fix it.
The menu is supposed to look like this:

but instead it's like this:

Does anyone know how to fix this?
I can't update the driver either. There's no consumer.exe on my CD it's stupid. There's no program to update it.
The Cd just shows these files:

Stupid thing!!! Took me ages to get the videos on it. Because I have an AMD processor, I had to download the right files for the AVI converter to work!
