Default Problem with mp4 'ipod nano clone type' player

Hi
Regarding the How-To remove memory hack on mp4 players..
http://www.mympxplayer.org/viewtopic.php?t=2400

I have a 4 mp4 ipod-nano-type players,
the following 'symptoms' were the only ones i was experiencing on all my players

You are experiencing frequent Player Restarts (hanging on the hourglass) when playing certain songs.
This usually happened when trying to play the last songs of the list.

Your player duplicates the music/video files that you add to it.
This happened almost every time i tried to copy a file

Your player does not allow you to move/delete files that you have copied to it.
This was happening also but not on all the players.

2 players are labeled 2GIG, the other 2 are labeled 4gig.
After being done with the remove memory hack guide, i was left with 966mb memory on all my players, which is really i prefer to have the actual size than some fake..anyway,

But of that 966 I can only use 880(aprox), if i try to copy anything, even a 1byte-large file, it will say the destination its full.

Rightclicking and seeing properties it says there is still space left,
at least 50mb. (some players have more (or less) than others))

This is happening on all my four mp4players... The last 50-80megs arent usable.

Any suggestions on how to remove/fix this error?

Overall, its a small error that isnt as critical as before...normally i wouldn't mind at all... but im aiming to sell them so i want it to display the right info on its size and all.. I wouldnt mind just having it to 880 or whatever..
as long as these things work and display the right info its alright.

Thanks for reading.

tech info:

Firmware version displays this:
LG MP3 PLAYER (it doesnt say to be LG-branded anywhere else but here)
scc91002v1
