Default Firmware help plz

I just got a hacked chipod. Supposed to be 4GB, but its really 2  . Anyway I have successfully extracted the FW, but I cannot repair or edit it for some reason. I want to upload it to the database here. I have:

BKSC91N177_30
2008-01-23
9.1.52
2005-01-09

Thanks for any help!

Hi Drizz,

What happens when you try to repair it? Unfortunately the newer 9.1.52 firmware won't repair or extract properly at the current moment (perhaps that will change with the updated version).

What error messages do you get?

Hi, Thanks for replying.. Been on vacation for the last week. Now I'm back sitting in front of my pc messing with my chipod. This thing really sucks lol. I'm now getting some feedback from the forced visualization while music is playing. Like some kind of tempo noise or something its all tic, tic, tic, tic anytime a song is playing. Its really annoying. Also when I am scrolling through my music it makes really loud screeching sounds in the headphones and anytime text is scrolling across the screen it gives the same feedback noise. Ever hear of this?

Anyway, back to my original prob..

Here's the log:

s1fwx v2.6 - copyright (c) 2005 wiRe (http://www.s1mp3.de/)
repair dumped firmware file...
backup file to 'dump.bi$'...
try to repair firmware...
error: unknown firmware file, repairing file failed
Press any key to continue . . .

Any idea when the new version of s1fx will be released?
