How can I extract 6 files (Not 4 files) from sigmatel ship?

How can I extract 6 files (No 4files) from sigmatel ship(3504-6)
The firmware extractor of sigmatel can extract only 4 files.
I have 2 identic players: one is dead :cry: and the other one works fine :wink: .

Any suggestion or :idea: ?
