Problem with touch screen
 

Good morning, I have a problem with my player. I don't know the name but is similar to the onda 858.
To the sudden one the screen doesn't respond to commands anymore any point I press.

I have tried to change firmware but the problem it remains. It results as lock.

Does someone have some idea?

Is there a "reset" button somewhere on the casing of your player?

What about other buttons you can press instead? Does your player have any bottons or is it completely touch screen based?

It have a reset button I press it, it is restarted but the screen doesn't work. Is a rockchip with inyix.
