Hi there,

What type of "listening" problem do you hear? Is it static or excessive noise when playing a song or video?

So you've tried another set of headphones and it's the same problem?

If you try increasing the volume to FULL/MAX, does it make it any louder?

In terms of bass, during playback, have you tried pressing the "MENU" button then chosing "EQ" or "EQUALISER" setting in there and see if it makes a difference?

yes, i've tried other 3 set of headphones...
always the same problem.

if i try to increase the volume i have always a lack of basses and sometimes i lost "the connection"... and sometimes i hear a strange sound, like the one you hear when you put a CD-ROM into a CD stereo reader... something like a digital disturbing sound...

thanks for your replys!

misterkiwi , try wriggling the earphone plug when you hear the problems. If the sound gets better, then likely it would be a loose solder connection on the socket and board itself.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

T39 doesn''t sound as good as my T29

mister kiwi if you are daring enough u can get a soldering iron and melt the solder...that should work..it worked for me...

but do note that disassembling the player voids the warranty
