Any firmware updates and instruction on how to work LG MP3?

Hi guys I'm new here :D, My friend just gave me an MP3 player that looks like this

The picture is right there, umm I pretty much need help on it I'll give you the details on it, and its the green one. It's also a MP4 Player

ES_keyblade , a good rule of thumb for such players is if it's working, don't do any firmware updates. Usually and most likely you'll end up with a wrong firmware and brick your player instead.
