Please help I dont know the firmware version of my player

i try to connect to my mp4 player. but i can only se my maps music/video/ect.. not my firmware files?? plz help.. and i dont know the firmware version..

bluenight33 , you can't view the firmware files by using your explorer function on your computer. These files are stored separate from the normal file system directory.

However, you should be able to identify your firmware by navigating to the player's Setting menu, then selecting Firmware Info/Version.
