Default Problems with battery

I purchased an mp4 player but the battery doesn't charge.
I tried leaving the player on usb for 6/7 hours but when I turn it on it says "low battery".
I can't return it and i would use it more than a usb disk storage.
Here there are 2 image of the player.
Please help me...
Thank you and ejoy Easter

aragorn85 , when charging, did you ensure that the On/Off switch at the top is slided to the On position?

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

T39 doesn''t sound as good as my T29

Yes, I tried both positions, but it didn't charge.
I thought it could be a problem with firmware, but I couldn't extract the firmware from the player to make a backup.
If you have any ideas please post it.
Thank you for your help.

well...these chinese mp4s are a gamble..you'll never know whay you're getting...the other day my new mp4 charger exploded when I removed the cable...good thing the mp4 player is still ok...i'd say go for the name brands if you want a peace of mind, but if you're a risktaker like me,by all means, gimme the cheapest MP4 player available!

have you checked the battery contacts? if u have a soldering iron, you should consider re-melting the solder...that might do the trick.
