Kryton BL338 firmware needed

I bought a Kryton BL338 mp4 player recently but unable to play any of the videos.Please Help

hello anyone willing to help me?

I have tried converting the video in many formats but still i am unable to play the video.
but i managed to get the drivers from a website with 2 files "rockusb.sys" and "rockusb.inf".How should i install thse files?
