Very New to MP4 and Nano Clones, need help
 

I just bought an mp4 player from davismicro.com
Heres what i know about it,
It looks like the old ipod nanos,
its 8gb (check after did the whole format thing and still 8 gb, so im really happy about that),
It has a model number of SY-258A,
No Name brand anywhere,
It has a FW of 9.1.50 by wilson co that was updates on 1/20/2007.

So here is my question,
Ive been using it and have a problem showing all of my music folders.
So i go to music, then press pause, then press menu, then go up to the highest folder and click menu, and then i see all of my folders for a second, and i cant click on them and then it takes me back to the main music that was playing earlier.
So i dont know how to get to my other folders. Ive heard something about a 9 folder max with 99 songs in each. what exactly does that mean, do i have to put all my music into 9 folders?
Also, i know there are new firmwares could updating my firmware help? I cant seem to find a reliable place to download 9.1.52 or 9.1.53.
Also, what is my player called, lol, i know its a stupid question, but it doesnt even have a brand name.
Any help, i mean any help, would be really really appreciated as im so new to this world of mp4s.
