Working, detected, but cant upgrade firmware...and i have to
 

Hi!
I just got my player, works great except FM.

After a few search, i found on the CD a firmware :nofm BO-25002-V003H-L12.fw
So i guess that is the firmware to fix the FM.
When i plug the player, it is detected fine, i can navigate and upload/download files.
Detected as "Rockchip USB MP3 USB Device", "Rockchip USB SD USB Device" is also detected.

My problem is, when i start Mass Product Tool (MP3 Player product tool 5.12) the device just...shut off and show the battery recharge.
And if the tool is still running, even plug in :cry: the player again doesnt work, just battery recharge.

If i turn off the tool, and plug it in again, detected and on.
Tried all USB port, unplugged everything but the player....tried on another computer....always the same problem :(
Tried Player Utilities 4.09, not detected and sometimes the same problem...

Can anyone help me please?:)
I took this one for the FM and the FM doesnt work :(

try to find the same firmware but WITH FM . the NOFM part of firmware name it means that the FM mode is disabled :P
