messed up my fake nano 2gig from bangkok- but still alive
 

how can i reset the fake nano or format it without loosing the firmware.

my new 2gig fake nano was working all right. but after putting a bunch of albums on it i noticed some were not showing up in directory, so i tried to delete all the music and start over. i put two albums on it and it will play the one album but when i go back to the local folder to get to another album it just restarts on me. also it now says 1 gig of the 2 is used even though i deleted everything. to make things worse it now comes up as to drives and windows wants to format one of them. and to top it all off i deleted the folder that you put video in i think it was called avi or something like that. when i put pictures on it and try to skip to the next one it also restarts. but who cares about pictures i just want the tunes.

its black - looks like a nano - apple logo comes up on it and a hour glass.
under the firmware it says this..
