I can't load video to my MP4 Digital player

Please I can't load new videos to my MP4 digital player.

The MP4 playerm, it's a Enan MP4 player. the problem is that every time that I try to use the AVI converter 4.15 it doesn't show the MP3 and the computer shows a legend that the PC dos not recognize the driver.

I hope somebody can help me.
