problems with chinese i pod nano 8 GB

Hi everyone :D i am having with me a Chinese IPOD nano of 8 GB( as written
:roll: )but problem is i cannot store songs of more than 32.8 MB (approximately 6 songs of MP3 format). i checked out my Firmware version whose details are
MP3 player
TJD_9122_20
9.0.50
If i try to load more it gives some type of error known as "FORMAT ERROR"
i tried formatting it from my laptop but the same error .
Wat should i do Please help :wink:

Hi, unfortunately it sounds like you've got a hacked player. Follow the instructions posted here:How To: Removing Memory Hack

Format errors are common occurrences in players with hacked memory. You will continue to have problems if you don't format your player.

hi again :) i did the formatting part and now my IPOD is showing 40.9 MB of disc space not even 1 GB how do i know whether it's correct or not.please help :!:
