Drive for chipod doesn't show up on computer

why my computer wasnt able to enable my chipod..
when i plugged in my chipod to the computer..
the main drive doesnt show up..only the SD card...
i've tried to enable it..but it really doesnt works..
HELP PLS...

Your chipod is still working?if it is working then tell you can play any music file from it which are present there before?
