"disk error" when going into music

My player is LG MP3 Player-SCC91-002-CM60022-2007/01/12-ACT_V9.0.50 There's "disk error" on the screen when I get into the Music, neither Video. So I can't listen to any song. Please help me as soon as possible. thanks so much!

Install the MP3 player update tool in your computer and use the MP3 PLAYER DISK MANAGER for it to format your player and then it will work fine.
