usb problem only with my pc

hi everyone, i buy from ebb an ipod clone the one that use the same ipod connection; ok I tried to download media to the player on my pc but the player freeze up and a massage of unknown usb device comes up, I have this problem only with my pc I used my friends pcs and it works great
I even restore my pc but still the same :?
