new player broken driver cd in package
 

For starters i was told i was being sent a 160 gig Apple ipod classic Instead i got this ankya Chipset
Cpu ak3225
camera model = unknown
Radio model is tea5767
LCD type is Unknown
Nandflashtype hynix hy27ut088g2...
sdram capacity 10458960Bytes
I click on version and it says hint.
Software:PH-2008-01-01-01
Hardware:Magic V2
It came in english already.it is labled Ipod / Apple on it It came in the 30gb U2 special edition box.

uhh any more information needed let me know i just want this thing to work . as i said the cd in the box for drivers was cracked does any one have a copy they can rip /or iso for me of the cd in the box. i can play from there. just kinda S-o-L with out it.

Quick question, where did you buy it from? eBay? How much did you get it for? Did you buy it advertised as 160GB? Do you have links to where you bought it from? Best to tell others about this in case someone else might fall into the same trap.

As long as you have Windows 2000 and up, it's a matter of just plug and pray... oh, I mean "play". Just plug it in and Windows should pick it up as a drive, much like a USB memory stick and you should then be able to copy files onto it as needed.

well I need the drivers the cd was not in the package and no plug and pray wont work because i need the video converter and the camera drivers i have lame ass Windows xp media center .

Oh, so you need a video converter instead of drivers for the player? Your Windows XP Media Center picks up the drive ok when you plug in your player to it?

Do you have a sample video on your player? If so, what format is that in?
