problem with the camera of iboost touch screen 4gb

i received my mp4 a few days ago. and it worked perfectly

but today i tried to use the camera and both, the dv and the camera didn't work. when i activate them, in the screen appears a flash message that says Fail and then return to the menu.

please i need help
