Can't upload firmware I want

I have a problem while uploading again the firmware of my mp4player.

When I extract the firmware with s1res 3.6 i have:

Now when I want to upgrade the firmware
(with mp3player upgrade tool, mp3playerutilities 5.09) only the .bin file that I can extract with s1fwx, but I can't edit it with s1res for unknown reasons.

so my question is... what can I do to get the .fw file in my player if it only gets .bin firmware?
