Default Can't find the Random option..

Hello guys =]

After my Ipod nano was ruined(long story) I went to buy a new MP player..
I came up to this one: MP4 MELODY CT041 - it was cheap, MP4 and had 8GB that fits to my needs..

The problem is that though the menual states that it got a Random option(like the shuffle in the Ipod's) I couldn't find it!!
I gave it to my friend and he couldn't find it as well...

So I was wondering if anyone got this MP4 and know where this option is?

And another thing is where can I find a firmware for this player?

Thanks for the help!

Try this:

During music playback, press the [M] or [Menu] button.

A menu should come up.

Find "Normal" in the menu and select it.

There should then be a "Random" opiton which you can select.

It varies depending on the player, so if you can let me know what options you get when you press the "menu" button during playback, we'll be able to help more.

Hi, thanks for the quick response.
The menu I get is:
1. Repeat
2.Equalizer
3.Tempo rate
4.Replay
5.Replay times
6.Replay gap

Hi Talal,

Try the "Repeat" option.
You should then see the "Random" option in there.
