hi all i have just got an mp3 player from a mate here are the details from chip genius

I have a few questions

what is the most up to date firmware?
can the menus look like an ipod? How?
how can i scrool through albums on it rather than having to skip through all the tracks?

Same player here I guess. The player is working but it's a gift from a provider (Norton tools) and there is a movie that runs everytime I turn the player on! Pretty boring as it's about 1 minute movie.

Is it possible to change the firmware in such case?

I have the same mp4 player. and i need freeware ..
Screen is all white.. dead player..
can someone give me the freeware .. please .

Only way to get exact firmware match is to find the board ID and CPU.

And even then, you might kill it if you try to flash new firmware...
