[solved] MP3 Player Utilities not recognized MP4 player

hello
i have 4 versions of MP3 Player Utilities [img]

all dead player reconized as "Actions USB2.0 (HS) WinUSB Device ,accept one roconized as USB device i have try to install with adfuid driver but it don't work
what can i do
plzz help
