Newbie questions regarding photo's and video!!
 

Hi There,

Just bought an 4Gb MP4 player from ebay - the only info I have is the firmware is Wilson & Co 9.1.52 (and the make maybe XINTAI). I've a couple fo questions is anyone can help:-

First - is it possible to get the player to display pictures 'landscape'? and secondly how on earth do I 'pause' video playback (no visible pause button - only play/stop, rev and ffd)?

Mind you - if no-one has answers to hand I'm still a happy bunny - a (quite crappy) MP4 player for only 0.99p ($2) with the full 4Gb is a fun toy for the next few flights I have to make :)

PS has anyone made head or tail of their chinese translated instructions?? Reading 'em always makes me chuckle!!

Re: The Pause button

During playback, press the "play" button and it should bring up another menu, or actually pause the song.

Re: Changing display pictures to landscape

I haven't seen any firmware update that can do that. Also the risk of a dead player as a result of using an incompatible firmware is too high as well.
