Only plays first 37 files, rest shown as format errors
 

Hi,

I bought a MP4 few months back. It was working fine, until it was first formatted by my bother. This player Now stores all files up to 1 GB but plays only the first 37 files, rest are shown as format errors.

Pls suggest if a firmware upgrade would be of any help or is there some other problem

The firmware version is QY91-5Key AK1025_LKD_V30F 9.1.52.

It seems you have a HACKED player as generally the "format errors" arises because it's trying to access the hacked memory part of the player.
