only the image connected and the battery charging

HI. Iam have glacier mp4 (8gb):
KJT03-002-main board
020-TS36-display
ACU7503-chip
Write to him, such a fw: KJT 15-001 v2.0 020-TS36
Everything works, but is only the image connected and the battery charging.
You have a fw either way on this?

Hi pheonix1,

Has this ALWAYS happened since you got your player or has it only just started happening?

When you unplug your player from your computer, does your player play music, videos and you can see the menus fine?

Not only do I like unplugin what I wrote.
As is normal turn on animation and then this image and nothing more.
MP4 recognize only as turn off and connection to the pc.
A turn on does not recognize him.
