Deleted song from player, now shows empty disk

please i need help i want to known how to open the firmware file i try everything but i can't open it to fixed the problem on my mp3 someone should help me please.

Can you tell us more about what the problem is with your player? What specifically is wrong with it?

I deleted a song from the player and now the player is not working when i switch it on and go to music it says empty disk it does not conect to my computer again the radio is working fine my player 2gb ipod nano clone please help to get back one more thing how can i backup the firmware please help.
