hung on "Starting"Digital MP3 Player chip ATJ2091N

i have usb digital mp3 player with lcd.i think it is china made.now whene i press the start button the player show on lcd starting and bussy logo.and hunged on this message.but not start.i open and check its chip number .chip number is ATJ2091N .plz guide me in detail.i m new this mp3 digital world.

try this

Turn the device off.
Plug the MP3 player into your computer
Make sure the computer is on first
Turn the MP3 on

This will force the unit to go into USB mode. See if you can access files on the MP3, if you can, disconnect the mp3 player from the computer and everything should be good

I found that sometimes static electricity will force the unit into this mode (From earphones to unit in winter), and resetting the device with a computer bypasses the boot and resets the unit.

i check it with computer but mp3 player is still hung on starting.thanks for ur replay
