Upload firmware to player
 

Hi,

i´ve uploaded a firmware to the mp4-player of my friend.
But this firmware is chinese. :(
Now I had found a new firmware and I tried to upload the firmware with the "Refresh Firmware 3.1.0.0"-Tool.
I powered the player off and pluged in the USB-cable.
Then I opened the firmware (rfw-file) with the tool and pressed "Update" but it says that it can´t found the device.
The player shows the USB-mode-screen.
I have allready tried to hold the menu-button and plug in the USB-cable, but it cames the same error. :(

Want can I do to upload the firmware?

It´s the Onda VX747 (I think). ;)

if it is in chinese all you need to do is set the language to your language in the settings

now we need to know the player more, images etc to see exactly

ths is a new rockchip player if the file is rfw file not an onda vx747, it looks like onda but its not, has different chip

try go to the last item in the main list which should be settings
then go i think 2nd one down and try select a different one

The problem I had is, that I couldn´t select any item from the menu.
