charging with pc problem
 

hi there everyone. this is my first post here and to tell you i'm very desperate now.. here hoes the problem: i bought this 1 gb mp4 player from a
mall in our place. first it seems to be fine when my brother accidentaly tinkered with it and upgraded wrong firmware.. now i tried the recovery thingy and it did revived my player but now the start screen shows uxcell and the menu is a little bit larger than the screen, and when i try to charge it to my pc, when you press the menu it says "low battery", even if i already charge it for a couple of hours.. guys, i really need some help, thanks in advance

Have you ever had any problems with "low battery" before the upgrade?

Some possible suggestions:
1. Try using ANOTHER USB cable. Perhaps the cable is faulty with one or two pins being faulty...?

2. It could be that the USB connector on the player might have been faulty or damaged during your recovery process.
