Hi boki,

Do you mean you can't access the folders from your computer or from within the player?

Has this problem happened before or is this the first time it's happened?

First of all, sorry because I am responiding to you very late, I was in Turkey, and I didn't have internet there!!! My problem is, probably, player! He don't want to show me songs that I have in my folder MUSIC! I didn't know about this, my friend told me how to access faster to scroll my songs, and I piced off, because when I bought my player, only what I have on this is the problems, nothing else!!! I hope you can understand me, because my english is not "TO BAD", but I don't know... Thanks!

What if you put your music in the main root of your player instead of a folder? Does that play?

I hate myself, because i don't know English better!!! I can understand you, but I can't explain you what is my problem! I'll try again but I don't want to disturb anymore! My player plays the music! I put my music in new folder MUSIC, and I tried to put my songs into ROOT folder, but I can't still see my songs! I double press MENU button, and I can see my folder MUSIC, but when I go in it, I don't see any songs! I hope, really, that you can understand me a little better now!!!

EDIT: I think I don't have file browser, I really don't know how to see what I have in my player...

Can we see a photograph of your player?

What type of songs are you trying to see, Mp3 or wma or what type?

Do your songs have ID3 tags?

Don't worry about english, we will try to help.
