ill sync video on there and on my computer it says its on and its in the video folder but when i select movies on my mp3 play it says initializion (sp) then empty disk how do i fix that

mp4 files do not work on this player, they may be called mp4 player but that is just a name to identify that they play videos, the format needs to be AMV

make sure that the video file format is .amv
