Default PLS HELP -rockchip mp4

HI
I have rockchip (or I think so-whe i connect it to the PC it says ROck mp3)
its mp4 player with touchscreen display
the diagonal of the display is almost 7.5 cm
=3 inches (1 inch=2.5 cm
I dont now if this type of players are measured by the diagonal or the lenght of the screen)
rock mp4.jpg - 0.39MB
Problems: Charger isn't indicating correctly
When the battery is discharged I connect it to the charger-both the red and the green lights are on
In the manual it says that when the charging is complete, it should turn on the green LED.
Other problem-when I'm listening to music I use only the headphones
and when I change the song sometimes the speaker is turning on
but the speaker/headphones indicator is showing that the speaker is turked off. Then I press 2 times the speaker /headphones button, and the speaker is dissabled
BTW there are only 2 options speaker and headphones turned on and only headphones turned on. Is this OK?
Next-I will try to update the firwmawe
to fix this problem
Please give me a link from were I can download working firmware, link to software for updating the firmawre and instructions how to deal with this
And i would like to update the theme of my player and some icons and "skins"
Can you help me?
THANK YOU!
btw the player has 4 GB of internal memory and
the manual says that the Mini SD card should be from 128 MB to 4 GB
If I try to put 8 GB of card will it work??
AND if i put inside MICRO SD card with adapter to Mini SD card will it work?

I will try to "tweak' and modify the theme and the firmware becase of the "auto speaker enabling"
and I can't start the game (not a big problem at all

you ca not extract the firmware from your player with those tools,

yours is a rockchip player and you CAN NOT extract firmware from rockchip players

if you have problems with this player then return to sender

if your player is similar to image posted then there are no firmware available AT ALL, even if you see one with the same firmware number do not try or you will break the player and modding can not be done without ORIGINAL firmware

send it back, if you mess too much you will totally ruin the nplayer

I can't return the player
I read that it is possible to extract the firmware if you have working software
I want to modify the theme and if I find the same firmware, I will replace it because of the speaker problem
when I pres "next" button about 5-6 tims, the speaker is turning on and I have to press the speaker button to reactivate the speaker and again to deactivate ....
